What Is The Format And Content of Movement Toward Health?

 Movement Toward Health (MTH) is like self-healing school, offered in an online monthly membership. It is a structured training program that teaches you to reverse the obstacles to healing, and retrain your body, emotions, mind, and spirit to move and live with more ease and well-being.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to learn and practice the MTH curriculum at least 3-4 times per week, so you can learn to move with less pain, more energy, more joy, and build resilience to sail through life's challenges.

There are three main components of the program:

  1. Weekly live sessions with Dr Shiller that guide you in the core lessons and practices that will re-wire your neural networks, and retrain your mind and body to function more effectively.
  2. An online training library is available 24/7. All the live sessions are stored there, along with additional training sessions. So you can review any lessons or make up the ones you missed. Many of the sessions are downloadable for your convenience.

Hi, I'm Dr. Andrew David Shiller, and I'm passionate about helping people with fibromyalgia, chronic illness, and chronic pain.
